1 DAY COURSE
This course is a fully customized course for who already started freediving or spearfishing on their own but never did a proper course and is now struggling with the main basic techniques. We aim at improving your level so that you will be able to enjoy your spearfishing or recreatinoal freediving activities.
The course includes:
- Theory session
- 1 static or dynamic apnea session (depending in the needs)
- 1 open water session
